This time, every state will have similar lock down measures as did New York. Only, true life sustaining businesses will be allowed to operate: Here is what they will be:
Any store that sells grocery items or gas - NOT RESTAURANTS. THIS TIME THERE WILL BE NO TAKEOUT OPTIONS.
Medical facilities or other jobs that are medical based
Law Enforcement
Any business that critically supports the above businesses, and that will be it.
The entire USA will be on Lockdown between July 4 and Labor Day...WATCH, WAIT AND SEE
