The Chart below is of early 2018. The top line, that is on top of the very peak is on Friday, 1/26/2018, Kevin McCarthy's 53rd Birthday. Notice the very next candle is Monday, 1/29/2018 or Paul Ryan's birthday. I told you at the time and had been telling you that Paul Ryan will be president, and McCarthy will be his VP. It could be other way around. Regardless, these two will be very prominent within the next few years.
McCarthy's district is centered around BAKERSFIELD FOLKS....AND OILDALE. This is huge. There is something coming that will disrupt oil or refined products or at least drive prices WAY, WAY WAY UP.
