Flooding Will Not Stop: Is Going To Get Worse: Hurricanes OTW

More and more are seeing the chemtrails and understanding it when I point it out. But...it will be too late for most.

I predicted 2016, 2017, 2018 flooding, and I am telling you that even though we have had a brief relief period, it is coming back, maybe now, but no later than August, and then it will not stop until most major rivers have crested. What we have seen thus far...is regional flooding...but that is getting ready to change, and may already be.
