There will be two major stages for the coming power outages/blackouts. First stage will be the false flag initial hack to our power grid. In all reality all that will happen is that the power company turns switches off, as they are part of the NWO, at the top. The second stage will be the actual destruction of power generation capacity, by way of destruction of dams, nuclear facilities, coal facilities.
