DJIA: Which Path Will It Take To 27000, If It Goes There???

The close on day 63, 3/4/2019: 25819.65 (792); Down 206.67; Down .79%. The most important part about yesterday's candle and chart was the long lower wick, on a day that leaves 191 days or 27 weeks, 2 days until 9/11/2019. Why would they draw a long lower wick on this day (3/4 another very important number) if they were going to cover it up??? And, from here, the only way to make an "M" and still go to 27, 400, it would have to be very skewed. Since just two trading days ago, the "V" line was reached, and given the fact the the long wick yesterday created the 911 (as you can see in the lower chart) I think we continue to move higher toward 27332.74.
