US Highway 311 crosses the Dan River 5 times (1 is just east of Walnut Cove, 2 and 3 are in Madison, NC and 4 and 5 are in Eden, NC.

US Highway 58 crosses the Dan River 4 times (1 is near the Dan River Headwaters, 2,3,4 are in Danville).

5+5+4+4 = 18. 5+4 = 9. Trump is Prez 45. September 11, 2019 = 45.

Note that the River In Danville, VA is in the shape of an "M" just as Nashville, TN is.
